Due to the varied nature of our products, not all of our items have the same delivery time, as we use different shipping methods for certain products, this is a guide only, as delays can occur which our beyond our control. If you want to know how long delivery will be on a certain item, drop us an e-mail we will reply back with the shipping details.

Items under 2KG 

We are able to process orders all items under 2kg (testers, waxes, brushes, sundries etc.) to all UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands by Royal mail 48 only.

Items over 2kg

All item over 2kg are shipped using a national courier this includes all 1L & 2.5L paints & has to be signed for on delivery. 

We do not ship paints over 1L to the following areas at standard delivery - Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.  If you require delivery please telephone first for a quote.

All orders placed at standard delivery will be refunded

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed next working day if item in stock, items not in stock please allow up to 21 working days. Any orders placed after that time will be  on the next available working day.

We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. 

How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the APC website. You will  receive a tracking number if your item is dispatched by APC only. Royal mail 48 cannot be tracked
What days will my order be delivered on?

Our couriers deliver between 7:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday

Will I need to sign for my order?

If your order requires the APC delivery option, you will have to sign for your parcel upon receipt.

If you are not iat home  APC will put a card through your door notifying you for to contact them to arrange a free return. We will also contact you to let you know that your item has been returned to the depot in your area. Any complaints regarding not having a card through the door, must be addressed with the couriers directly, we will supply you with the telephone number for you to speak personally to them. 

Special delivery instructions

Items delivered by APC to be signed for or item is returned to depot. It will be held at the depot for 48 hours, so please contact them immediately. If you do not contact them within 48 hours your item will be returned to us. 

I have a query regarding my delivery?

If you have any queries regarding your delivery please ring us on 01752 659467 or email us at If we cannot deliver your order within the specified time period we will make every attempt to contact you and provide an expected delivery time. If this delivery time is not suitable, you can cancel your order and we will provide a full refund.

How carefully is my order packaged?

We take great care in packaging your order using the necessary materials according to its weight, size and how fragile it is.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01752 659467 or by email at

We will then advise you on the best course of action. In all cases we will ask you to provide a photograph so we can then claim back the cost from the couriers
In most cases we will refund the cost of posting the item back to us.

Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.

Delivery of Refurbished Furniture

Small to medium sized furniture will be dispatched within 3 working days, Delivery will be next day. You will receive a dispatched e-mail.

For Large refurbished furniture, Dressers, Wardrobes, Dining Tables, Sideboards, Cabinets etc - we use a national antiques courier to deliver. They offer a safe, professional service which includes full in-transit insurance (furniture only). 

Once you have bought an item we will forward your details to the courier who will contact you by telephone within 1-2 weeks. Items will usually be delivered within 3 weeks, depending on your location.

You will receive an automated email from us when your item has been dispatched. Please note: this does not mean that the item will be delivered to you the same day. The courier is in Cornwall weekly, all our sold items are collected and taken to a distribution centre. Deliveries to customers then take place throughout the following fortnight.

As with most courier companies deliveries are one man and to the doorstep only. You may need to arrange help at your end for larger pieces. The courier works out their own delivery schedule and as such we cannot advise customers of possible dates.

All our prices are inclusive of delivery to mainland England and Wales. Deliveries to Scotland, N Ireland, all UK Islands please message for a quote before buying 

We have previously arranged delivery to Europe,  but please contact us in the first instance to confirm courier costs.
