Delivery Terms & Conditions - Please read carefully 

All customer will be sent a item dispatched e-mail  so you know exactly when your item will arrive. 

Under 2Kg - Royal Mail 48 (2 working days) (Small items like 100ml testers, brushes, waxes, small accessories etc)

Over 2kg - APC Overnight Couriers (Next day delivery) ( All paints 1L& over)

Large Furniture items - Kinetic Logistics - Please allow 14 working days

Please be aware Royal Mail do not allow shipment of paints above 100ml for for larger pots we use APC

Area Coverage - 1L paints & 2.5L Paints

We do not delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Uk Islands or Northern Ireland Unless customer has rang & agreed to pay the extra shipping cost that is required. If you have not agreed to the extra cost then all orders will be refunded in full. We cannot ship paint by Royal Mail or some of the main couriers as this is a banned substance (Parcels2go, Hermes etc). We use APC for Chalk Paint orders but they do charge a surcharge on the places listed above. If in doubt please e-mail us at

Autentico Paint Delivery Terms & Conditions

We have decided to simplify our delivery times on all of our products, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery on all items. Working days do not inc Saturday or Sundays. If you require an express or quicker delivery time, then please contact us before buying you product. You may contact us at or by ringing us on 01752 659467

Some items like special order products or items held with our supplier may take longer than 7 working days & up to 14 working days

All Autentico products will require an additional delivery charge as Autentico specify a RRP.on all of their products. Some items in our home accessories range will have a free delivery charge this does not apply to all products in this range.

Express delivery is available but please enquire first before buying.

Accessories & gift items (clocks, lamps etc)

Delivery Period on all items in the home decor section - Following receipt and clearance of payment, all purchase(s) will be dispatched within 7 working days and once dispatched, delivered within 2 working days.if under 2Kg (Royal Mail 48) or next day if over 2kg

Refurbished Furniture

Small to medium sized furniture will be dispatched within 3 working days, Once dispatched, delivery will be next day. You will receive a dispatched e-mail.

Large refurbished furniture - Dressers, Wardrobes, Dining Tables, Sideboards, Cabinets etc - We use a national antiques courier to deliver all our furniture and antique mirrors. They offer a safe, professional service which includes full in-transit insurance (furniture only). 

Once you have bought an item we will forward your details to the courier who will contact you by telephone within a few days. Items will usually be delivered within 13 working days, depending on your location.

You will receive an automated email from us when your item has been dispatched. Please note: this does not mean that the item will be delivered to you the same day.

The courier is in Plymouth weekly, all our sold items are collected and taken to a distribution centre. Deliveries to customers then take place throughout the following fortnight.

As with most courier companies deliveries are one man and to the doorstep only. You may need to arrange help at your end for larger pieces.

The courier works out their own delivery schedule and as such we cannot advise customers of possible dates.

All our prices are inclusive of delivery to mainland England and Wales. Deliveries to Scotland, N Ireland, all UK Islands please message for a quote before buying 

Unfortunately we are not able to arrange delivery to Europe or beyond. If you can arrange your own shipping we would be happy to facilitate in every way we can.

Refunds & Returns 

We accept returns on all items except paint that has been mixed to order. Please read the list below for paints that are mixed to order. 

All 2.5L pots are mixed to order - Non returnable

1L & 2.5L Lime Paints - Non Returnable

If in doubt about colour please purchase a tester pot first

Customers have up to 14 days after the goods have arrived in which to request a return and refund. Before returning any product(s) please contact us via email or telephone. The cost of the return is meet by you the buyer. Returns not available on mixed to order items & up-cycled furniture. 

If items arrive damaged due to transit, we will request pictures of damage for insurance purposes. We will not refund unless pictures are supplied. item(s) will be returned free of charge. Please inspect all items on arrival. Please check all measurements before buying as the cost of the return will be met by you the buyer if you have mis-measured. Please contact us if you have any enquiries on our returns policy. All items are checked before dispatch. 

Mirrors & Glass

Courier companies no longer cover mirror or glass breakage, so if you purchase as a national delivery, we are not liable for breakage of glass and purchase is at buyers risk and cannot be replaced. However we will insure that mirror & glass items are packed with cardboard, bubble wrapped & boxed. Large glass items/mirrors, display cabinets etc will be delivered by a furniture courier this can take around 21 days to arrive.

Delivery - It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all ordered goods fit into the home and that there is no restricted access. We cannot accept refunds for goods that cannot fit into the home or cannot be delivered due to access, unsuitability or any fault of the customer.

We as a company are not responsible for any damage to goods and or property as a result of deliveries beyond the threshold of your property. Items delivered upstairs are carried out at the property owners risk.

Refurbished Furniture: Please note: Each piece of furniture is individual and hand made. Any visible stains, distressing, marks and cracks are part of the desired finish and should not be considered as defects. Colours may vary slightly and cracks may appear overtime, this is normal and part of the desired effect and will not be accepted as faulty or returned.

Woodworm - A large percentage of Antique / Vintage refurbished furniture will have signs of woodworm & this we consider normal in furniture of this age. We do treat all furniture with signs of woodworm twice with a woodworn killer. We do also try to fill all woodworm holes before painting. We will not refund any refurbished product due to wooodworm or woodworm holes.We are also not liable for any furniture if woodworm is still live after treatments. We treat woodworm as instructed by the supplier of the woodworm killer any complaints should be directed at them. Suppliers of woodworm killer recommend that one application is all that is needed, we will apply a second just to be sure.

Stock Levels & delivery times - It is impossible for us to keep everything in stock, if an item is out of stock we will offer you a full refund. We aim to be as accurate as we can with delivery estimates but they are not binding. Delays may occur in shipping which we have no control of and we ask our customers to be patient should unforeseen delays occur. 

Payment Methods: We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal). We also accept all major credit / debit cards by telephone.

Online Orders & Card Security: All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.
